To ensure accurate measurements, it is critical that the calibration card prints at its actual size. Follow these steps carefully:
Step 1: Open Print Settings
After downloading the PDF, open it and press Ctrl+P (Windows) or Cmd+P (Mac) to open the print dialog.
Step 2: Set Scale to 100% (Actual Size)
This is the most important step. Look for the scaling option and set it to:
Step 3: Choose Landscape Orientation
Select landscape (horizontal) orientation for the best fit on standard paper sizes.
Step 4: Verify the Size
After printing, measure the card with a ruler. It should be exactly 85.6mm wide and 53.98mm tall (standard credit card dimensions). If not, check your print settings and try again.
